Customer Experience with French (Prague):AB InBev

We are currently looking for French speakers who are interested in the Customer Experience field, are located in (or want to relocate to) Prague, CZ and who would support our stakeholders on the French market.

The Customer Experience France team are owning end-to-end customer journey and ensuring the best possible order to delivery & invoice experience of French customers in 2 scopes: On Trade (Bars/Restaurants) & Off Trade (Wholesalers/Retailers).

The team is responsible for contact with the customer and is in the center of process implementations together with diverse internal stakeholders: from account creation to ordering, delivery, invoicing, portfolio update, volume reporting with a focus on customer satisfaction. Our team is engaged in upselling activities, sales promo actions and automations within the scope.

Profil / Compétences:


What you'll bring:

Fluency in English and French

Prior experience is a customer facing position is preferred, whether as a call agent, receptionist or hospitality worker

Process improvement mindset and the desire to keep learning

Ability to handle a variety of stakeholders and seniority levels

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, …)

Experience with SAP is a plus
